WHAT TO EXPECT

Our services are an hour and a half long and include singing, teaching and great community! Our environment is casual, so there is no need to dress up. We have two entrances: the south side entrance is our family parking lot and the north side lot is our bigger lot with most of our parking spots.

FOR YOUR KIDS

At every service we create a custom environment designed to engage, entertain and teach your children. The kids go directly to their own environment at the beginning of each service. Our kids check-in is located near to our south entrance by our family parking lot. You can learn more about our kids ministry here.

ALPHA

Starting september 16

Alpha is an opportunity to ask questions about faith in a relaxed environment. Does God exist? What does eternity look like? Who is Jesus and is who he who he claimed to be? If you are curious about what Christianity is, join us for dinner at Alpha. If you like it you can register for the entire 10 week experience. We have just finished our spring semester - check back for upcoming dates.

BAPTISMS

Next baptisms: September 29

When you decide to be baptized, it’s an obedience to an inward work of the Spirit of God in your life! Our testimony involves water baptism by immersion and symbolically indicates our participation in the death, burial and the resurrection of Christ from the grave. It’s meant to show the world that you love, trust and have put your hope in Christ. It’s like an engagement ring. God establishes us in our salvation by two or three witnesses.

1 John 5:7

Tells us there are three witnesses that testify of our salvation: The Spirit, The Water (baptism) and The Blood; and these three agree.

2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation; the old is gone, the new life has come.

GROwth TRACK

Growth track will resume this September

Growth Track is a 4 step process: BELONG, BELIEVE, BECOME and ON MISSION. GT equips and connects you to life in our church community. You will discover our vision and values, as well as your unique strengths, gifts, and opportunities to serve. GT happens during Sunday morning services in the meeting place. Each step is standalone; we invite you to jump in at any time.

Membership

If you are looking to take the next step in making First Assembly your home church we invite you to become a Member with us! Membership is a great way to become an invested part of our vision and mission at FA and have a voice in voting on leadership and important church-wide matters at our Annual General Meeting. Membership classes are offered several times a year and are taken at the completion of Growth Track.
